RULES FOR PURCHASING GOODS

1. General provisions.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") are a binding legal document for the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of the Goods and the terms and conditions of payment, the procedure for the delivery of the Goods and the procedure for the return of the Goods, the parties' liability, and any other provisions in relation to the purchase of goods from the 3.14 online store.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer clicks on the "Buy" button in the online shop after having created a shopping cart, indicated the delivery address, chosen the payment method and read the Terms and Conditions.

2. Personal data protection.
2.1. When ordering goods in the 3.14 online shop, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct information at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him/her for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also consents to the sending of information messages to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, which are necessary for the execution of the order.
2.4 The processing of the Buyer's personal data for marketing purposes may only be carried out if the Buyer himself/herself consents to it.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent State authority in cases provided for by the Laws of the Republic of Lithuania or by the Buyer's separate written consent.

3. Rights and obligations of the buyer.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the goods ordered and to accept them.
3.2 Provide full, complete and correct information on the billing form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading information on the Billing Form, 3.14 shall be entitled to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data.
3.2. In the event of a change in the Buyer's details on the Purchase Form, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.
3.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods in accordance with the provisions set out in the Return Policy.
3.4. By placing an order in the online store "3.14", the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller's rights and obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to make proper use of the services provided by the online shop "3.14".
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Online Shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer's access to the Online Shop immediately and without notice.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with respect to the Buyer's personal information contained in the Purchase Form and not to disclose it to any third party.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Online Shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
4.7 If the Customer uses the services provided by 3.14 after the changes to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the change to the Terms and Conditions.

5. Ordering, prices, payment procedures, deadlines.
5.1. The online shop is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are only accepted through the 3.14 Online Shop.
5.4. All prices in the online shop are in euros.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The preparation of the parcel shall commence only upon receipt of payment for the goods.
5.6. If the Buyer fails to make payment within 2 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.

6. Delivery.
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3. The goods will be dispatched to the Buyer within 3 to 4 working days after confirmation of payment.
6.4. In the case of a pre-order, the goods will be dispatched to the Buyer within 3-10 working days after confirmation of payment.
6.5. In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
6.6. The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the consignment is received in damaged packaging, if the consignment contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of goods, or if the consignment is incomplete.
